We don’t even have the keys in hand yet, but the story of Home to Holiday has already begun. For months now, we’ve been sketching, planning, dreaming, and shaping what will become a calm, spa-like retreat just minutes from Disney.

Our vision is simple: create a place where families can pause the hustle, recharge after park days, and still feel the sparkle of magic woven through their stay.

Why “Home to Holiday”?

The name came from the idea that a true getaway should feel like home—comfortable, welcoming, and relaxed—while still giving you the joy and excitement of a holiday. It’s not just about a house with a pool; it’s about creating space for laughter, late-night chats, and those “remember when…” moments that last long after the vacation ends.  The holiday theming is also a nod to our our British friends, which is closer to heart now that our son’s heart has been stolen by the lovely Lydia, who calls Liverpool home.

The Pre-Planning Journey

Even before closing, we’ve been laying the foundation:

• Researching the right neighborhood for short-term rentals.

• Designing room concepts that feel calm and magical without being overwhelming.

• Choosing a color palette of soft blues, greys, and silvers to keep the whole space airy and elegant.

• Mapping out guest touches that will make the stay feel special—think welcome surprises, thoughtful amenities, rhymes, and a few Disney-inspired Easter eggs.
