Bag all rubbish and place it in the outside bins. The community picks up trash every day–so no need to worry about taking it to the curb. But they will NOT pick up loose trash. It must be in kitchen-size or larger bags. If you have larger items, you can take them to the compactor just a short drive from outside the security gate.
Place used towels in the tub or shower.
Leave used beds unmade; no need to strip linens.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Set the A/C to 76 degrees F before leaving.
Make sure all lights, faucets, and showers are off, all windows are closed and locked, and all back doors are locked. When you exit the front door, hit the “lock” button.
